Safety Design

MS-A control is suitable for pick and place application and it also has an additional feature called Down Stop preventing a sudden down-drift of the suspended load in case the pendand hose are damaged.

Down Stop: Stop drifting the load in case the pendant hose are cut or air supply is shut off

Speed Adjustment: Speed control valve equipped on the pendant control

Floating condition: Approx 30cm floating condition for precise postion setting

Down Stop: Added safety measure, a suspended load will not fall even if the air supply is cut off or when hoses are broken

Energy Saving: Air consumption of air balancer is only 1/7 of that of air hoist (comparing our exiting model)

Cleaness: No lubrication is required and produces no oil mist

Quietness: No air motor, air balancer has very little noise in operation

MS-AG: "Grip type" control is also available for an application requiring sensitive control
